2- If you are paying for a 3,6 or 12 month subscription, you have to call us at our number: 1-855-255-5464 and we will issue you a refund for the remaining days left for the subscription expire date.
if you need to return the receiver, we will refund $100 only after the 7-day period upon receiving the package back, otherwise before the 7-day period, we will issue refund for the receiver less shipping costs for a like-new condition receiver after testing and verifying the receiver is in good working condition.
Any damaged or broken receivers will not be refunded.
